Master Module

This module allows administrators to manage essential aspects of the property purchasing and management process. Below is a brief description of each component within the Master Module

City

Manage the list of cities where properties are available for purchase. Add, update, or remove city details as necessary.

Other Charges

Define and manage additional costs associated with property purchases, such as taxes, legal fees, or maintenance charges.

Token

Manage the different types of tokens used in property transactions. This can include reservation tokens, priority tokens, or any other types used to secure a property during the purchasing process.

Occupation

Maintain and update the list of occupations for client profiles, which can help categorize and better understand client demographics.

Layout Feature

Manage details of property layouts, including where layouts are present and the features available in each layout. Examples of features include street lamps, gyms, temples, parks, and other amenities that add value to the property.

Plot Sale Status

Track the status of clients in relation to specific plots. This includes various stages such as cold, hot, interested, not interested, puzzled, layout visited, changed layout, raised token, and more. This status helps in categorizing client interest levels and guiding the sales process effectively.

Transaction Type

Define the types of transactions supported, such as cash purchases, bank loans, or installment plans, to accommodate various payment methods.

Whatsapp Number

Manage and update the official WhatsApp number of the company used for client communications, ensuring seamless support and messaging between the company and its clients.

Branch

Manage different branches of the real estate company, including location information and branch-specific details.

Firm

Add or manage real estate firms associated with property sales, ensuring all partners and firms are properly represented in the system.

Agent/Broker Registration

Register and manage agents or brokers involved in property sales.

Project Entry Module


Easily manage project details, including branch and firm names, plot information, business hours, and FAQs. Supports bulk plot imports and offers features to view, update, or delete project details. The Project Entry Module allows you to add and manage project details, such as branch name and firm name (fetched from the Master Module), along with specific project information. It includes the ability to manage plot details individually or in bulk through a Bulk Import feature, which supports uploading plot data via a Excel file. The module also supports adding business hours for the project and managing FAQs, which can be displayed on the website. Additionally, users can view, update, or delete existing project details as needed.

CRM Module

The CRM Module in the Project is designed to streamline lead and client management, allowing employees to efficiently track and manage interactions with potential buyers. Below is an overview of its key features.

Leads Management:

Assign leads to specific employees with CSV file support for bulk assignments. A sample CSV file can be downloaded for reference. You can view all leads through a button, which opens a popup displaying assigned leads. Within this popup, employees can add or view follow-up details via the action button, ensuring seamless tracking of interactions.

New Enquiry:

Employees or agents can add new client inquiries. If client details are missing from the dropdown, a new client can be added by clicking the "Add" button. By selecting a project, employees can view available plots and access detailed plot information. Clicking the "Plot" button shows all inquiries for that specific plot, whether submitted through the form or the website.

Added Client:

Manage clients added through the New Enquiry page. Update their status (cold, warm, hot, interested, not interested, etc.) and assign stages (added, visited, proposal, raise token). As clients move through stages, they are automatically categorized into sections like "Visited" or "Proposal." Follow-up details such as remarks and next follow-up dates can be added, along with updates to the project and plot details.

Visited Section:

All clients marked as "Visited" appear here. You can manage them just like in the Added Client section, with options to add follow-up details, update statuses, and modify project or plot information.

Proposal Section:

Similar to the Added Client and Visited sections, the Proposal section allows you to manage clients who are in the proposal stage, with full access to update follow-up details and status.

All Enquiries:

This section provides a complete overview of all inquiries received, allowing you to track the progress of each client and manage interactions efficiently.

Sale Progress Module


The Sale Progress Module in the Project is designed to manage the entire sale lifecycle, from token generation to handover. Here's an overview of the module’s key components

Add New Sale:

When a client raises a token, the employee can initiate the sale process by adding client details in this section. The employee can select an existing client or add a new one, and multiple clients can be linked to a single plot. In the Nominee Details section, nominee information such as name, age, relation, and date of birth can be added. Project and Plot Details, including EMI, tenure, and the name of the agent or employee handling the sale, are entered here. Once submitted, the sale moves to the New Sale Confirmed section.

New Sale Confirmed:

This section displays all confirmed sales, whether added through the admin panel or user panel. Employees can view sale details by clicking the "eye" button, which shows the project, plot, client, and nominee details. Employees can also edit or delete records, and have the option to transfer the plot or user if changes are needed. Clicking on the Plot Transfer button allows for plot updates, while the User Transfer button handles user changes.

Payment Collection:

This section provides a detailed view of all payment transactions for a specific plot within a project, helping employees track payments and ensure that all financial details are up to date.

Request for Registration:

After payments or EMIs are completed, including other charges, employees can approve the plot for registration. This section also displays client and plot details and allows employees to view and respond to any queries submitted by users through the user panel.

Legal Clearance:

Employees can approve the sale for legal clearance in this section and review all necessary details before proceeding with the final stages of the sale.

Registration Completed:

Once legal clearance is granted, the sale moves to this section, where registration can be marked as completed, similar to the legal clearance process.

Handover Completed:

In this section, the employee approves the handover of the property to the client, officially completing the sale process.

Business Module


The Business Module provides tools for managing commissions, tracking downline performance, and monitoring business activities. Below is an overview of its key components. Commission Plan Master Create and manage commission plans by defining the profile name, monthly target range (in INR), and the benefit percentage. You can also edit or delete existing commission plans as needed.

This section is divided into three parts:

1) My Downline:

View the downline of an agent, including their names, profiles, and the number of people working under them. Click the "Eye" button to access detailed information about all agents in the downline.

2) My Position:

See the agent's position details, including the monthly target and regular benefits for all agents. This section helps in tracking individual and team performance.

3) Downline Business:

View details of agents, including their names, agent IDs, and positions. Clicking the "Eye" button shows the sales details completed by that agent, providing insights into their business activities.

Other Module


It extends functionality to manage land ownership, financial transactions, user activities, and roles. Below is a detailed overview of each component.

Land Owners :

checklist Land Owner: Register land owners from whom land is to be purchased. Enter comprehensive details for each land owner and, if applicable, add multiple bank account details. View all registered landowners, including their bank account details. You can download essential documents such as Aadhar cards and PAN cards for verification. Additionally, you can edit or delete any landowner information as needed.

checklist Land Purchase: Add Land Details: When purchasing land, add detailed information about the land and associate it with a land owner. Select an existing land owner from the dropdown menu to autofill their details. Manage payment details related to land purchases. View all payment records, including the remaining amount. Edit or delete payment information as required.

Accounts :

checklist Payment Master :
    1. Expense Category: Create and manage categories for expenses. View all added expense categories and edit or delete them as necessary.
    2. Expense Head: Add and manage multiple expense heads under each category. View, edit, or delete these expense heads to maintain accurate financial records
checklist Payment Entry: Record details of expenses, including amounts and categories. You can view, edit, or delete these expense entries to ensure accuracy.
checklist Receipt: View and manage payment details related to client transactions and plot payments. This section also handles payments for other charges. Proof of Payment: Upload proof of payment documents and manage receipts. You can view, download, and print payment receipts as needed.

User Logs

Access logs of activities, including actions performed by clients and employees. This feature allows you to track and review all actions to ensure accountability and transparency.

User Roles

Create and manage user roles within the system. Assign specific permissions to each role to control access and functionality based on user responsibilities.

Logout

Click this option to securely log out from the admin panel, ensuring that your session is terminated properly.

User Panel Overview


The User Panel provides a streamlined interface for clients to manage their interactions with Nile. From accessing personal details to initiating sales and managing queries, the User Panel offers a range of functionalities.

Dashboard

Initiate Sale


This module within the User Panel facilitates the sale process, from initiation to handover. The proposed system streamlines the sales process by enabling efficient management of client and nominee details, along with comprehensive project and plot information. Multiple clients can be linked to a single plot, offering flexibility in managing joint or group investments. The module facilitates the entry of nominee details, including essential information such as name, age, relation, and date of birth to ensure complete documentation. Additionally, users can input project-specific details, plot allocation, EMI structures, and sale tenure. Upon submission, the data is seamlessly integrated and moved to the "New Sale Confirmed" section, enhancing transparency and ensuring smooth transaction tracking. This functionality supports improved client management, accurate documentation, and efficient sale progression.

Payment Collection


The system incorporates robust tracking and management functionalities to streamline property transactions from payment tracking to handover completion. Users can efficiently view and monitor all payment transactions linked to specific plots within a project, ensuring transparent financial management. Upon completion of payments, EMIs, and other associated charges, the admin can approve plot registration requests, progressing the transaction to the "Request for Registration" stage. Following administrative approval, legal clearance processes are initiated, and upon completion, the system updates the status accordingly. When registration formalities are finalized, the sale is marked as "Registration Completed." Finally, upon administrative approval, the property handover process is completed and reflected in the "Handover Completed" section. This end-to-end solution ensures clarity, accountability, and seamless transaction flow for property sales. The following are the key functionalities of this module:

Website Structure


The Website & Listing Page module allows users to interact with Nile's property offerings, register, and manage their accounts. It also provides detailed information on projects and plots. Here's a comprehensive overview

1) User Registration and Password Management

Registration: Users can register for Nile, becoming logged-in members of the platform.
Password Reset: If users forget their password or login credentials, they can reset their password through the password recovery process.

2) Index Page

Displays a comprehensive list of all projects added through the Project Entry module. Users can browse through available projects to find more information.
